Before Deadline Season
Your office is where Bright Futures hour forms end up. BrightLog students log their volunteer and paid work hours, get each entry verified by the supervisor, and produce one signed PDF built to your district's rules. We are accepting a small number of Florida schools for 2026-27 pilots.

Verified hours, hours remaining, and who is stuck waiting on a supervisor signature. Know who is behind in November instead of finding out in March.
Verification Without the Paper Chase
Supervisors attest each entry with a digital signature or a signed letterhead upload, so every hour arrives at your office already verified.
Students Stay in Control
During the pilot, students will choose whether to share their progress with you and can stop at any time. The year-round view shows progress only; the full verification record, signatures included, arrives in the signed final report. Pay information is never collected at all.
How the Pilot Works
There is no software to install, no student list to hand over, and nothing for your school to buy during the pilot.

Tell us about your school below. We reply to your work email and set up a short call.
We Set Up Your School
We set up a join code for your school during the pilot. Hand it to students however you already reach them: read it out, post it, or print it.
Students Join
Students who enter the code choose to share their progress with you, and your view fills in as they log hours.
What the Pilot Includes
- Full BrightLog access for your pilot students at no cost through June 30, 2027.
- A progress view, built during the pilot with your input, for the students who choose to share with you: verified hours, hours remaining, pending verifications, and final report status.
- Verification that fits your district's rules, including signed letterhead where your district requires it.
- Direct support from the founder. No ticket queue.
