Yes! Florida now accepts paid work hours toward Bright Futures.
Do you save my paystub photos?+
No. We extract the hours instantly using AI OCR and then discard the image. We never store photos of your sensitive financial documents.
Do I need to get approved before I start?+
Yes! Most districts require you to submit a Service Plan to your counselor before starting your hours. Check with your guidance office first. BrightLog helps you document and verify everything after approval, so you're ready when it's time to submit.
What documentation do I need?+
It will depend on your district and they type of hours you are logging. Paid work often requires paystubs and a signature. Volunteer hours often require a signature and/or a letterhead upload. If letterhead is required, we even generate a pre-written draft for your supervisor to sign and submit. We make it as fast and easy as possible.
